LocalCred (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides website building, hosting, and online presence management services for local businesses. Our services include creating demo websites using publicly available business data, hosting live websites for subscribers, and managing Google presence and review automation for eligible plans.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
IMPORTANT: Automatic Renewal Disclosure
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) at the then-current rate unless you cancel. You will be charged on the same day each month. To cancel, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date by emailing support@localcred.ai.
Current subscription rates are: Starter ($99/mo), Pro ($199/mo), and Premium ($299/mo). Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending written notice to support@localcred.ai. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after receipt of your notice. Your website will remain live during the notice period. After cancellation, your website will be taken offline unless you arrange alternative hosting.
Prorated refunds are available within the first 30 days of a new billing term. No refunds are issued for partial months after the 30-day window. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Demo sites are created using publicly available business data and are provided free of charge for a 7-day preview period. Demo sites that are not claimed within the preview period may be taken offline. We reserve the right to remove demo sites at any time.

We retain ownership of our website templates, design systems, and proprietary technology. Subscribers retain ownership of their business data and content. Photos sourced from public listings remain subject to their original terms of use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalCred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
