Refund Policy

Effective date: March 1, 2026

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your LocalCred subscription at any time by sending written notice to support@localcred.ai. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your request. Your website will remain live during the notice period.

Prorated Refunds

If you cancel within the first 30 days of a new billing term, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of that term. Refunds are calculated based on the number of remaining days in the billing period.

After the 30-Day Window

No refunds are issued for partial months after the 30-day window has passed. Your service will continue through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Custom Work (Premium Plan)

For Premium plan subscribers who have requested custom design or development work: if you cancel before custom work is delivered, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the current month's payment. Once custom work has been delivered and approved, no refund is available for that billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@localcred.ai within 30 days of the charge you wish to dispute. Include your business name and the billing date in question. We will respond within 2 business days.
